Help answer the question about visa credit card
where can I apply for another Visa Credit card online ?I have a visa credit card from Capital one, can I apply for another visa card from different provider ? if yes then from where online ?

If you go to a "Visa Only" Business with your MasterCard you cannot shop there and viceversa.
However, exclusive businesses are slowly disapearing and you can always find another business.
I suggest you to always keep at least a Visa and a MasterCard just to be safe.

Right from their website: A Banner Bank Visa Credit Card offers a low fixed interest rate, and no annual fee, while providing you with 24-hour customer service and options for rental car coverage and travel insurance. In addition, with Visa Extras, you'll earn points from your purchases that you can redeem for airline tickets, gift certificates and even cash back.
It appears to be a decent card. No annual fee and low interest rate.
If you are looking for a good rewards card I recommend the Chase Freedom Cash Visa. You can earn up to 3% on purchases. To apply online see http://www.ccvault.com/credit_cards/chase.php
good luck

As much as I dislike Cap One, you might keep it for awhile.
They have had many complaints filed against them for not reporting limits so there is a possibility that by this fall they may start reporting the credit limits.
As for suggestions on what cards you might apply for, that would depend on what your credit file and scores are like.
If you are subprime, you might try with Orchard or HSBC.
If you are inbetween sub and prime, you might try Hooters or Juniper's Carnival card or Juniper's US Air (US Air does have a fee, but it is waived for the first year and you can always try to convert the card into another Juny product)
If you are closer to prime you could try Citi, Discover, Chase (Chase Freedom might be a good start and you can always try conversion to another card if it's not exactly what you want)
Anyway, without knowing your scores and if you have baddies or if your reports are clean, those are ONLY suggestions.
You might click on my profile and click on the last link listed. Then look up on the top right hand side of the page for Credit Pulls, click on that and enter a card are card company to see what people have applied for, what their scores were at the time, if they were approved, etc., etc., etc.

Do you mean a debit or a credit to a checking account? If so a debit is when money is added to your cheking account a deposit. A credit is when you take money out of your account by withdrawing cash, writting a check and so on. A debit/visa check card are one in the same. It is a card that is tied to your checking account and lets you make purchases by swiping your card much like a credit card as long as there is sufficient funds in your checking account to cover the purchase. A credit card offers you a certain "credit line" that you can charge to except in exchange for using someone elses money you pay interenst on it. The percent interest and credit line vary by your credit score mostly. Rewards for checkcards generally vary by bank so contanct any banks you are interested in to find out what "rewards" they might have.

Credit card: Line of credit. Charges are listed on monthly statement. Pay at least minimum payment. Interest charged if not paid in full. Major credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Credit card have a wide range of terms which depend on your creditworthiness. Different limits, interest rates, rewards programs — all vary greatly.

There is no effective difference, as far as much of the civilized world goes. Visa and MasterCard are very widely accepted by businesses, and both brands of cards are usually available from any bank that offers a credit card program, though it may brand its check cards as one or the other.

They are both public sector companies owned by a consortium of banks, and you can go on visa.com and mastercard.com to compare apples to apples. The only difference is that depending upon which type of card you are approved for standard, gold or platinum the benefits will vary accordingly. Otherwise they are both pretty much the same.
Your welcome.

I don't have experience with Banner Bank but I would recommend you look into credit cards from Chase. I have one of their cards and they have low rates and I don't pay any monthly or annual fees.

This sounds like one of the many scams that are around on the internet.
There are very few times when you get really get something for nothing. Be suspicious if someone is telling you that you have won a prize but require that you remit a fee to them in order to claim it.
If you are in any doubt at all – don't do it.
