Im 16 and got no credit card. and i heard that prepaid credit card, is just like a real credit card. but i still don get it…do i have to have a bank account to have one? what can i do to have one of the prepaid credit card? and how to use it to purchase items from somebody online? not to purchase items from websites..can anybody provide me informations.????? thanks..
