Business credit cards are just as popular as standard credit cards. The difference between the two is that business credit cards are used for business purchases instead of personal purchases. Sounds like maybe you should consider Law School and put away that viper of a father and throw away the key.

    Just kidding.

Actually, when you are accepted into a Master's program you will be eligible for $138,500 in Stafford loans (they are not credit based) but unfortunately, unless you are over 24 years old, or about 8 other things, you will still be considered a dependent student. This means you will have to fill out the new 10-11 FAFSA form using a parent's income as well as yours. That's all. Your father is not LEGALLY supposed to get or cash any student loan checks that are in your name. You will need to make sure your FA Office knows this history and they and the business office has YOUR correct address to send any refund checks.

And by the way, if you do go to NY for grad school, you may have to pay out of state tuition for the first year. But it'd be worth it to get away from that monster/father that seems to have spawned a pretty smart kid.

We live in an insecure society. People feel inadequate inside and are trying to kill that feeling.

In the U.S. people think money can negate low self esteem. You live in a town where people feel incredibly bad about themselves and are willing to send themselves into financial ruin just so people will look up to them.

Not just your town but our entire nation is quite pathetic.
